Haven't received all my orders yet. Only one arrived. I'm only in Ireland but delivery is long.

I got 3 boxes same time in my mail box yesterday. The 1st box is yours I ordered on 13. 12. 2017(take 15 days arrival). The 2nd box also from UK(lookfantastic.com) I ordered on 21. 12. 2017(take 7 days arrival). The 3rd box is from US I ordered on 18. 12. 2017(take 10 days arrival). I also check your page before I order and on you page says order before 14. 12. 2017 can receive before Xmas. I living in EU i don't know why need 15 days(8 days longer then other UK company)???

I ordered an item, which was supposed to be delivered in 7 days, which suited my requirements, but did not have any notification from Zest until after 7 days, even though I had written asking on several occasions. Heard today and they tell me that there has been a hold up due to Alan Sugar appearing on day time television, however, I do feel that we should have been notified far earlier in order that we could decide on whether we wanted to continue.

The delivery time stated of 3-7 days is totally untrue. This is the second time I have ordered from Zest and on each occasion it took 3-4 weeks. There was no explanation for this until I sent 2 emails asking where my order was. I will not be ordering from Zest again.

I had a problem with my item being left in my basket even though Customer services confirmed that I'd ordered it. Then after deleting the item, I have received at least two emails saying that I have left something in my basket. But the main reason I have rated it as poor is that I was shocked that my welcome email had both my user ID and password showing on it, I have never experienced my password being shown in an email before.

Speed of service left something to be desired, particularly as order acknowledgement indicated delivery within 6 to 7 working days rather than the actual reality of 11 working days. I received an automated response when I chased up, only to receive notification of dispatch three working days later - which I guess was an answer of sorts. Absence of my order was particularly compounded by the email invitation to review the product, before I had even received it!!! My customer experience of Zest Beauty was poor, with little confidence on my part that would have received my order at all if I had not chased up.

Website advertised Buy 2 items & receive a travel gift. Added the two items to my cart and the message saying that they give wasnt currently available came up. Secondly - my order still hasn't arrived, its been 10 working days.

Ordered products, payment was taken from my credit card however I had to wait almost 2 weeks for delivery. I was not advised of a delivery delay until I queried it. I have since been asked if something could be done given the circumstances....no reply has been forthcoming.....disappointing customer service and i will probably use another supplier next time...

Posted my order 17/08/17 and the status is processing. How is that possible? Are you selling itens that are not in stock?? If so, you should tell the client...

I would say Zest's service is probably not poor at this stage, but not acceptable either. I placed an order on 28 August and today is 11 September 2017, and the status on the order is given as 'complete' for the last few days, but as far as I know it has not been shipped. I live in Pretoria, South Africa, and did not realize that the products must be sent from abroad? I am in a hurry to get the products to treat my damaged hair and cannot wait for weeks. I have never experienced that orders take this long to be sent - even from overseas - always get products within a week or two. I like your products, but.........
