Hi I have ordered some products with order number: 120194584 (placed on 18 July 2017 21:45:32 BST), and I paid 182.37 extra for the package to be delivered between 4 - 8 days. I have not received any package yet or any shipping number. What should I do now?

This was the third consecutive order I placed with Zest where the beauty points I redeemed at the point of check out were not honoured. This meant Zest actually removed more money from my bank account than the authorised transaction cost. I emailed customer services on each occasion and questioned whether this is legal. 11 days on a still no response from Zest. Unhappy customer

Firstly, I ordered items from the 'holiday shop' required for an imminent holiday. To date it has been virtually two weeks and only 3 of the five items have arrived, including shampoo but no conditioner and a big bottle of suncream that cost over £36 and is still being displayed on the home page of your website. I received no email to advise when the other two items would arrive. I emailed to enquire and wasn't given a date, just told that yes, you had sent some of the items. I emailed again to ask when but no reply. I have tried calling twice in customer service hours and told you are too busy to take the call, try emailing or using live chat. I use live chat and told, too busy, try emailing. As neither of my two emails were responded too that leaves me nowhere. No doubt I will get the product one day, but getting it after I already depart for holiday defeats the object of a 'holiday shop' and the customer service is hopeless. So much for trying to make my life simpler!!

I asked for a refund on an item last Tuesday and haven't received one a week later. Not even an update. And I feel cheated and very sad because I was so looking forward to shopping on here.

Prices are really reasonable which is excellent. I paid for express shipping (within 2-5 working days) order was placed on the 21st June - the order arrived on the 4th of July 1 day short of 2 weeks later; very poor.

We would advise that we aim to ship all first class orders within 5 working days of the order being placed, however unfortunately sometimes the products requested do not become available during this period. Product was competitively priced,however there were no order notifications,I was clueless from the moment I placed my order till Royal Mail carded me. I was surprised my order hadn't been pushed through my letterbox given the size of what I ordered was smaller than a tube of toothpaste...my order was packed in a box that was far too big and the void was filled with paper,not only costly for you as a business but far from environmental friendly too.

Well, I ordered some products June 16th. On the promise that it would be deliverd within 5-10 work days. As I didn't get any notification after a couple of days, I contacted the 'customer care'. I basically had to wait and see, apparently there are some delays. But what that delay would entail was not mentioned. After that I contacted Zest again, once more because I haven't received any communication nor my order. In the e-mail I received it was once again mentioned there is a delay, but again no details on the delay. Not even an estimate. As response to the question if the package can be tracked or when I can received it, to my surprise the employee responded that it is unable to track the package. But if I haven't received it after 4(!) weeks, I could contact Zest once again and then they would try and track the package.. Ergo: this could go on for months.. All in All, very very disappointed. In the way the order is handled (I keep getting e-mails that there are still products in my basket even though I have removed it 3 times after I ordered those exact items), the lack of communication concerning some delay of which no one can tell me how long the delay will be for and the lack in general 'customer service'. I tried Zest once as I usually order via Beautyflash. With this experience, it is needless to say that I will not use Zest in the future and shall remain loyal to Beautyflash.

Order no: #120189422 - I have had no update emails to notify me of my order and where in the process it is at this stage. The status is "Complete", but I don't have the items yet, so I am not sure what the status means. I also emailed a query, which I never got a personal response for.

my first time using zest and to be honest whilst the prices etc are good, I ordered by products on the 12th of june- only to be told today after writing to customers services that my products were not dispatched till 19th of june- very slow service.

Perhaps your request of a review is too early, as I haven't received my products yet . . . And they aren't actually available to be tracked . . . The order was placed 10 days ago.

I received my order but one of the items was the wrong size I had ordered paid for 100ml got 50ml! I have phoned,left messages, emailed,Facebook messaged and No reply!

My order was placed on 5 June 2017, as of today that order 2 weeks, 14 days..................later has still not arrived. If the site had been honest and advised that the items were not in stock then I would have had the option to shop elsewhere, admittedly the pricing of Zest is competitive , for the Elemis Brand. But order execution is dismal

No communication regarding their problems with Ultrasun stock levels. Made two separate purchases and on not one occasion was the indication that the 5-7 day delivery promise could not be honoured. Not even an email until I enquired where the goods were. They still have the offers on Ultrasun on and I can't see any indication to customers of their sited issues. Very very disappointing from a reputable seller. I'm still waiting on dispatch notice and our holiday is looming ever closer! Not ideal a supposed 'holiday shop'. Zest Beauty you're forgetting your customer! You need to do better!

Hard to review, do not know if my order has been sent. My e-Mail inquiring about status has not been answered. All i know is that order has been charged to creditcard. So writing a review at present time would not be fruitfull.
