Ha pasado un mes y no he recibido mi pedido de Murad. Si en esta semana no me verifican que mi pedido esta en camino, quiero que me devuelvan mi dinero y les voy a denunciar por estafa.

Ordered products 6/8/19 and it still hasn’t arrived. Contacted live chat and have been told it was out of stock and on a pre order basis when I ordered and would be delivered mid September. I had wrote that it would be appreciated if they had of contacted me to let me know this as I have been waiting nearly a month I was waiting nearly 20 mins for response and nothing has come back yet. If the order comes I will not be ordering again nor would I recommend to anyone. Customer service is diabolical.

I placed an order 1st August. they took payment immediatley.. but no products received. i spent over a 100 pounds and still (today is 16th August) i have reveived nothing. i have constatly live chatted even that you will only get a response if you wait on the chat for 45 mins!!! even then they tell you your order hasnt been dispatched and will do so 1st class.. i have also called and straight to answer machine. Please stay away from this company there are loads of customers going thru the same thing on trustpilot reviews of this company! I wabt my money back and will NEVER be using this company again. i will be lodging every complaint possible to get my money back even if it means getting lawyers involved. They are scamming people and its not on!

ABSOLUTE DISRESPECTFUL COMPAGNy, it's been 2 months and nothing received but I'v been charged... I'v red comments like mine from other customers complaining..

Placed an order in the 5th if July & have been charged in full. Rang help desk but only got answering machine to which I have not received a response. Horrendous service will not be purchasing from you again!!!

I made a purchase via Topcashback as by doing that, Zest Beauty was cheaper than other sites. However, a year later, the cash is still showing as pending. This in my view is false representation. I will not buy from them again.

I am still awaiting an order made on May 30th. I am not being kept informed ,although I was eventually told there was a delay last time I enquired several weeks ago. Still not heard if the intend to deliver or not

WARNING TO ALL... THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.. IF YOU SHOP WITH THIS SITE THERE IS A 100% CHANCE YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF. BELIEVE ME.... I'M ONE OF THEM.... ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY AND THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK OF WHAT YOU HAVE ORDERED...THERE IS NO WAY YOUR GETTING ANYTHING OFF THEM... DON'T THINK IT CAN'T HAPPEN TO YOU....JUST SAY GOODBYE TO YOUR MONEY..

placed an order, it’s never been sent (order status always remains as ‘processing’), have contacted them several times and get no reply. will be contacting barclays to take further action and log the transaction as fraudulent

I have made an order 1,5 week ago and still did not receive this. I send e-mails to costumer service, no respons! I even don’t know if my order will ever arrive. I am very disapointed and want my money back! This is not a reliable site!!!
