I live in Sydney, Australia and placed an order online 10 days ago as my usual online supplier was out of stick of the item I needed. I received email confirmation and was able to register to view my order / account online. I was advised that I would be sent an order tracking number after dispatch. On the website the order is still showing as 'processing' but I have received no update as to what is happening or any estimated date when the order will be fullfilled and sent. I have now had to email Zest requesting this information. Payment was via Paypal and collected immediately so it is extremely poor that I have received no order update in 10 days!
