great website, but poor follow up. I placed an order over a week ago and have since had 3 emailed saying have I forgotten to check out and items are still in my basket. I have an email order confirmation but on chasing I left a voicemail for customer service and then also emailed to which I received a response saying I should have been contacted about problem with suppliers and short delay. Since then I have received another email asking if I want to check out the items in my basket!
