Ordered £106.88 JANUARY 8th wich has been debited from my account, only received two of cheapest items ....in “drips & drabs” after a long wait! You don’t answer my calls or ring back. Don’t use zest Beauty folks, many more reliable on the WEB!

I made an order on 6th February and I still have not received same on 20th February. I emailed yesterday to enquire and haven't got a response yet.

Ordered an item 10 days ago. You have taken my money but not delivered the item. Even though I have emailed you twice for an update on a delivery date. This is not the first time I have ordered this item but it is the first time you have not delivered or responded to my query. What is going on????

I ordered a product on the 1st of February, I have trying to contact the customer service to find out what happened, but no one got back to me via mail or live chat. I am still trying to get an update or get my money back.

I placed an order on 1st February and received a confirmation email. Today is 11th February and I haven't received my order, nor any kind of notification that it has been shipped. I have emailed zest customer service twice with no reply.

It's been two weeks and my order is not shipped. 3 days ago I got a nice apology and my order became too priority...still not shipped tho. I am sad about it because you have good prices for Dermalogica and my daughter was very happy to have found you.
