“Prices were good but the website would not accept my coupon code, which had been emailed to me by zest and had not yet expired. I did not get the discount I was supposed to get for signing up for emails.”

“The lip stain if used alone (without the gloss) feels quite drying on the lips. This is not the case if the lip stain is used with the gloss however I was look for a more matte, long lasting finish. Having said this, the colour of the stain is pretty.”

“Good things: Well priced product which arrived in the expected time with free samples. Not so good: Website says you can request specific samples by email, so I did. Did not get any reply, but got automated email asking me to rate how my "ticket" was dealt with. I tried to click on the box as directed, but got a redirect message saying that I could NOT rate this ticket because it had been closed! So I waited for the package. When it arrived it didn't have the requested samples (just standard ones), and written on the invoice was message that they weren't available.”

“Placed an order and two weeks later still not received it. Telephoned to enquire , difficult to get through to them tried 5 times before my call was answered to be told they do not have product in stock although the money was taken when order was placed,and no indication when order placed that they were waiting for stock to come in.Have been told that I would receive e mail when order is despatched. Not a very good 1st experience.”

“I placed an order 10 days ago, and am not sure if my order has shipped yet! Disappointed in this delay, and in the ambiguity of the order confirmation process. I got a very good price for the items I ordered, but time will tell if it is worth the long shipping time.”
